Previously, it was announced that the hot Kapamilya young actress Ms. Erich Gonzales will reprise the role of the Philippine adaptation of "Maria La Del Barrio". And that time, the leading man of Erich was not yet disclosed! But now, it was finally confirmed!The Cherie or the Enrich fans will be excited for this good news! Erich Gonzales and Enchong Dee will once more pair in this exciting new remake. Enchong is Erich's leading in "Maria La Del Barrio"! Enchong will portray the character of the hunk sexy leading man, Luis Fernando!
In last night's episode of "Showbiz News Ngayon", Erich and Enchong confirmed via their exclusive interview that they two will once again pair in this exciting Philippine adaptation. Erich is very excited to play the character of Maria Hernandez. The same thing with Enchong, he is very positive in portraying the role of Luis Fernando!
According to Erich and Enchong, there will be a big transformation with their looks and personalities as they portray their respective roles! We will be amazed with the new look of Erich Gonzales as she reprise "Maria La Del Barrio"! On the other hand, Enchong Dee's character as Luis Fernando will be a 'malaking pasabog' to watch out!Bianca Gonzales even told that she got surprised seeing Erich and Enchong during their role test. Both of them were fitted in their respective roles!
"Maria La Del Barrio" is another hit telenovela of Thalia. It aired in RPN-9 in the early part of 1997. Then in 2003, GMA-7 aired a replay of it! It's good to note that ABS-CBN got the rights to remake it!

At sana iba nalang ang Ka partner nya dito hindi kasi bagay kay Enchong sana si SAM MILBY nalang and then ka love triangle ay si ENRIQUE
